Helping Maintain Hope

Nidia Celis, Registered Psychologist. Calgary, Alberta.

Mission

Aid in Hope’s mission is to help  maintaining hope so individuals and families are supported towards managing and improving their mental health and wellbeing.

Approach

Individual Therapy

My hope when working with you is to gain a deeper understanding of your life experience and support you in learning the tools and skills that would allow us to find a path of new solutions and perspectives towards increasing your sense of hope and success in the attainment of your mental health goals.

Family Therapy

Previous experiences with vulnerable children and families have taught me that parents are the best support for their kids. Every family faces tough times, sometimes needing a team to create scaffolding for their success. I’d love to join your team and help raise your family while achieving mental health goals.

Psychoeducation and Trainings

I have provided training to small groups and communities in topics related to understanding anxiety, depression, and parenting practices towards supporting children of all age groups. Send me an email and we can discuss your training needs for families and small communities.
