Individual
Therapy
My hope when working with you is to gain a deeper understanding of your life experience and support you in learning the tools and skills that would allow us to find a path of new solutions and perspectives towards increasing your sense of hope and success in the attainment of your mental health goals.
Family
Therapy
My previous experiences working with children and families in vulnerable situations have allowed me the knowledge that parents are the best support for their children. Every family goes through difficult times and challenges that sometimes require a team able to build the scaffolding required for children and families to thrive. I’d be happy to be a part of your team, and support you in raising your family and achieving your mental health goals.
Psychoeducation and Trainings
I have provided training to small groups and communities in topics related to understanding anxiety, depression, and parenting practices towards supporting children of all age groups. Send me an email and we can discuss your training needs for families and small communities.
